Wicket Labs, Inc. (“Wicket Labs”) has developed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how Wicket Labs collects, uses and discloses information Wicket Labs collects from you or that you may provide to Wicket Labs while using the Wicket Labs website, Wicket Scorecards, customer accounts and other services provided by Wicket Labs (“Services”). Wicket Labs believes that the confidentiality of customer personal information is one of its primary responsibilities. This Privacy Policy governs Wicket Labs’ collection and use of personal information from the Services. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services or provide any personal information through the website.

Wicket Labs limits the collection, retention and use of personal information to what Wicket Labs believes is necessary or useful to conduct its business, provide quality service, and offer products and services of interest to its customers. The following sections describe how Wicket Labs collects, retains and uses your personal information.

Wicket Labs uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information, and uses reasonable efforts to obtain the agreement of business partners to take steps to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information Wicket Labs shares with them. Wicket Labs collects the following information:

  • Wicket Labs collects personal information from on-line registration forms, on-line interaction with its website, including information requests, software downloads and training requests. For instance, Wicket Labs collects personal information needed to process registration and login information for the Services, as well as personal information in connection with online requests for literature, applications and forms, and use of online tools.
  • Wicket Labs collects information that is not personally identifiable to the user, such as referring URL addresses, time spent in certain areas of the site, and origination of the user.
  • Some information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, and access times.
  • This information is used by Wicket Labs for operating the Services, to maintain quality of the Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services.
  • If you are providing payment through the Wicket Labs Services, no credit or debit card information is stored on Wicket Labs servers; such information is stored by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. All credit and debit card transactions occur between the computer originating the transaction and our payment processor.

How wicket labs uses the personal information

The personal information (e.g., name and address) Wicket Labs requires when register your customer account is used only to service your account, support and improve Wicket Labs’ products and services, and provide you with information on Wicket Labs products and services. Unless you choose to identify yourself in responding to a request for information on the Services, you will remain anonymous to Wicket Labs. Any personal information that is collected is used to provide service to you in connection with your use of the Services or for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties, except for Wicket Labs partners, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Wicket Labs may also use aggregated user data from these web tools as part of research to develop new web features, tools, and content, and for market research related to its products.

Third parties with whom wicket labs shares personal information

In order to transact business, Wicket Labs shares limited personal information with the Wicket Labs partners that provide support services for Wicket Labs products such as data storage and handling credit or debit card transactions. Wicket Labs provide these partners limited personal information such as name, company name and address.

In addition, Wicket Labs will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Wicket Labs or the Services; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Wicket Labs; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Wicket Labs, or the public.

Wicket Labs does not rent or sell personal information to unaffiliated third parties for the purpose of marketing their products or services to you.

Cross-border transfer, processing and storage of personal information

As an organization operating through the internet, Wicket Labs may transfer your personal information across international borders to third parties acting on its behalf, for the purposes of processing or storage of the personal information pursuant to this policy. By providing any personal information to us, you consent to the transfer, processing, access, and storage of such information outside of your country of residence, where data protection standards may be different.


Wicket Labs understands that re-entering personal data to transmit a request can be time consuming. For example, Wicket Labs asks you to fill out information about yourself, such as your name, your company’s name and a contact e-mail address, when you register your account or request information or services from Wicket Labs. You will not receive unsolicited communications as a result of your participation in a survey if you notify us not to contact you. You may opt out of e-mail marketing by using our general unsubscribe automated link that is included in Wicket Labs marketing e-mails. Wicket Labs is sensitive to the fact that some of its customers prefer not to receive offers or unsolicited communications from Wicket Labs. Customers who do not wish to receive these offers may have their names removed at any time from future solicitations. Wicket Labs reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Services and the personal information. When Wicket Labs does, Wicket Labs will update the revision date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the modified terms, conditions and notices.
